If you’re reading this, you’re standing in our new house. Welcome — we’re glad you’re here.
We’ve spent a long time rethinking what EPIC Vision looks like, sounds like, and does for the businesses we work with. Today, all of that goes live: a new website, a clearer story, and the blog you’re reading right now. This first post is the short version of what changed and why — and an open door to everything we’re going to share from here.
What you’ll find here
The new site is built around a simple idea we keep coming back to: automate your marketing, elevate your brand, accelerate your success. That’s not a tagline we picked because it rhymes — it’s the actual order most businesses grow in, and it’s how we’ve organized what we do.
- Vision Control™ — our flagship platform. It captures your leads, nurtures your prospects, books your appointments, and keeps every conversation in one place, with AI built in to do the heavy lifting. When your marketing runs itself, you get to go back to running your business.
- Snapshots — pre-built, industry-specific systems that drop a complete marketing-and-CRM setup into your business in days, not months. Whether you’re in real estate, fitness, home services, or a dozen other fields, there’s a starting point already built for you.
- Pulse — our done-for-you AI system that answers every call, texts back leads, and books appointments around the clock, so a missed call stops being a missed customer.
- Our agency work — the branding, websites, apps, and campaigns we build for clients who want their marketing to do more than look good. It needs to perform, and that’s the part we love.
Everything is easier to navigate now, faster to load, and honest about what we actually do. If you poke around and something feels off or missing, tell us — we’d rather hear it than not.
Why we rebuilt
The old site did a job, but it didn’t sound like us, and it didn’t keep up with how much the work has grown. AI changed what’s possible for a small business almost overnight. The tools we hand our clients today would’ve looked like science fiction a few years ago. We wanted a home that reflects where things actually are now — and where they’re going.
We’re not here to sell you software and disappear. We’re here to help you build something that lasts.
About this blog
Here’s the part we’re most excited about. This blog isn’t going to be a tidy, single-subject newsletter. It’s going to be free-form, the way real work is.
Some weeks we’ll introduce a new client and the problem we solved together. Some weeks we’ll break down a campaign — what worked, what didn’t, what we’d do differently. Sometimes we’ll show off a brand we’re proud of. Sometimes we’ll just share a perspective on where marketing, technology, and small business are heading. If it’s useful, interesting, or honest, it belongs here.
You don’t need to read every post. But if you run a business and you’re trying to grow it without losing your mind, we think a lot of what’s coming will be worth your time.
Come on in
Take a look around the new site. Try the things that catch your eye. And if you’ve been thinking about working with us — or you just want to talk through a problem — reach out. There’s a real team on the other end, and we’d genuinely like to hear what you’re building.
Welcome to the new EPIC Vision. This is just the start.

The Real Cost of a Missed Call
The phone rings while you’re under a sink, on a roof, or elbow-deep in a job you can’t walk away from. You let it go. You’ll call them back at lunch.

Automation Can’t Fix a Broken Brand
We sell automation. We believe in it — it’s a big part of what we do, and we’ve watched it change businesses for the better. So you can trust that we mean it when we say this: automation will not save a brand that isn’t ready for it.
